The SOT Style Block Board (anterior board) is 19" x 15" x 1½" (48,26 x 38,1 x 3,81 cm). It's constructed of 1" (2.54 cm) firm high-density foam bonded to 1/2" (1.27cm) plywood . It is covered in Spirit Line Naugahyde® with non-slip material attached to the underside.
Chiropractors find this board invaluable when adjusting on a softer table. It is particularly useful when performing anterior adjustments.
